PAYROLL SERVICES for INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

The ability of businesses to adjust to the changing demands of today's competitive environment is critical not only for their future development but also for their very survival. Freeing up scarce resources gives businesses the ability to focus on core business issues and concentrate on addressing these ever changing demands.

Helena Consultants pioneered since 1978 the provision of payroll services and specializes in operating a payroll structure for international clients.

Our structure is an employment company set up and administered by us. It employs all non-resident employees of foreign companies and handles all payroll and employment related issues. The company supplies the employees to the foreign companies at a fee.

We prepare the employment contracts between us and each employee, the service agreement between us and the foreign companies as well as specific powers of attorney to managers at various sites where the employees work.

We are organized in a variety of ways to suit the specific circumstances of each client. A common method for collecting raw data is through monthly timesheets certified by the manager in charge showing the payroll details of employees and contain days/hours worked, overtime, advances given, annual holidays taken and other relevant information.

We calculate the salary payable to each employee. We distribute pay slips to employees, prepare management information and invoice the foreign company for the provision of manpower services as per the services agreement. Upon settlement of our invoice, we pay each employee.

We prepare the certificates requested by the employee.

Our fees will depend on the number and demography of employees, on the amount and frequency of the salaries and on other services eventually requested.
